About
HL7/FHIR Test Data Generator is a browser-based utility for creating fictional HL7 v2 and FHIR examples for interface testing, demos, QA scripts, and documentation.
Purpose
The tool creates random, fictional examples that look like common healthcare integration payloads. It is intended for people who need quick sample data while building routes, testing parsers, preparing demonstrations, or writing mapping documentation.
The current version runs in the browser and does not require a login, backend, database, or uploaded files.
Generated names, identifiers, addresses, and clinical-looking values are fictional and should not be treated as real records.
The site is static so it can be hosted publicly with minimal infrastructure and no custom customer implementation.
Current scope
Important limitation
The generated output is sample-oriented. It may be useful for demonstrations and early testing, but it does not guarantee conformance with a local interface specification, national implementation guide, FHIR profile, terminology binding, or production receiving system.
